Can I make adjustments after go-live?

Yes. Technical support (support package) covers fixes, optimizations, and small adjustments related to the smooth operation of your existing automations. Adding new automations or major changes requiring development is a separate project. We plan these evolutions together according to your priorities.

What is your approach to working with clients?

Every project starts with an analysis of your context: what you do, your tools, your priorities. We identify what's worth doing before building anything. You work directly with the team on your project.

How much does an automation cost?

Every project is unique and cost depends on the complexity and scope of the automation. Generally, a simple integration project starts around 1500–2500 CAD, while more complex projects can range from 3000 to 6000 CAD. We offer a free consultation to assess your needs and provide an accurate estimate.

Do you offer training?

Yes. We offer a full training package for teams who want to become self-sufficient in building and managing their own automations. It covers automation, AI integration in your processes, and hands-on support on your own projects.

Do you only build automations, or do you also advise on what to implement?

Both. And often the advisory part makes the biggest difference. Some clients know exactly what they want to automate. Others just want to know where to start, or whether AI can actually help them. We always start with an analysis before building anything.

Can you implement AI agents?

Yes. AI agents automate tasks that require understanding: answering questions from your documents, reading and processing emails, interacting with your systems. We assess with you whether it's relevant for your context and handle the implementation.
